Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-day returns

  • Return window: you can return physical products within 30 days of delivery, whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind.
  • Condition: items must be new and unused, in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Method: returns are accepted by mail.
  • Exchanges: we accept exchanges. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a different size or design.

Return costs

  • Change of mind (non-defective items): you pay the return shipping, and a restocking fee of 25% of the product price is deducted from the refund.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items: no restocking fee. We pay the return shipping, or send a replacement without asking for the item back.
  • The original shipping charge is not refundable, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Personalised and custom-made items (for example prints with names, dates or text you supplied, and custom portraits made from your photos) are made to order and can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded. If something is wrong with a file, contact us and we will fix it.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return. If the item is damaged or defective, include a photo.
  2. We reply by email with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of us receiving the return, usually sooner. Your bank may take a few extra business days to show it.
